台北市李淇斌 1.還好天氣不是很熱。
2.感冒沒全好,跑起來有點小吃力。
3.第一次使用凡士林,結果半馬過後就沒效果了,後半馬整個「該邊」燒當得蠻痛的。
4.26K後就暴掉,走走跑跑,但今年成績居然還比去年沒當步兵,硬是快了1分鐘。
5.補給普普。
