台北市浮游 感謝家綸第二天當我的私補員,讓我能擺脫超馬協會的補給,專心吃自己的私補。他安定了我的心情,讓我能奮力完成跑完全馬距離後突然出現的目標--300圈200K。這份感謝之心目前的效期如同申請斯巴達賽一樣是兩年XD
賽前頭裡短暫想過這數字。意外實現後,今年申請賽事的可能性瞬間開闊許多。感謝家綸,團練和往後賽事還有相聚的機會!
早上洗跑步衣物、襪子時,想了好多事!很想圓滿當時的激動,以文字定型想法。但還是沒有時間、心情,用某種語氣(口吻)寫下XD 如果我是文字工作者,大概才會有藉口以此為樂。

跑過3次100K和兩次12小時計時賽,這次感到24小時賽帶給身體的傷害遠遠超過12小時賽的兩倍以上。從2/14下午3點完賽後,到今天晚上7點才吃得下米飯XD
全身像歷經散功般的苦痛,沒去爬數日高山雙肩竟一樣痠痛、輕微頭昏、有排之不去的混濁感、食慾不振、口乾舌躁(今天嘴饞吃了400g綜合堅果,裡面的黑豆、黃豆更讓我口乾到不行)、疲憊卻連呵欠都被隱藏起來。今天清晨12點多鑽進棉被,左腿突然像浸在強酸中,瞬間壓過身體的任何感覺。滑着手機,才不知不覺睡去,卻4點半即醒來。還好右小腿脛骨下方的疼痛已逐漸減輕,時間也會治癒我的疲累!(凹包說要一個月,我嘴硬說是一星期XD)
傷痛真好,世界變的好大,路變的很長。每個人都走的比我快,我過馬路會更加小心,剩10多秒知道一定無法通過。巷口的斜坡,走起來跟險升坡、險降坡一樣,應驗"未知似妖,既險且美"。這樣我稍稍能體會有退化性關節炎的媽媽舉步維艱的處境。
大叔第一次練24小時,明年會回到12小時精進、還是停留在24小時試圖強化、或是跨進48小時的領域跟隨財哥、盟盟、鎮神等前輩的腳步?6小時也是不錯的選擇,嘉年華接力賽沒跑過XD
