3/1另有行程,跟不到LDS團練,今天邀順澤大跑個自辦無名全馬。不過一不小心就變成50K小超馬了(初超馬?)。感謝順澤大招待。
因為休息有停表,所以速度看起來有點快,加上休息時間約5小時,均速約六分速上下,還算可以,只是第一次跑超過42k,第42~50k的感覺相當刺激,一種挑戰未知領域的感覺,腎上腺素會分泌呀。
南投坑那段陡上真的是有夠陡(坡度有20),跑得好痠呀。但off road沒有車輛,空氣好,只有腳步聲、呼吸聲以及聊天的聲音。
沿途好多點可以補給以及解放(今天當拖油瓶,嗯嗯兩次),這種路線果然需要老先覺來帶跑呀。
