阮大這團金變態,很久沒跑這麼遠了,加上休息時間約4.5小時。整路一直在LDS,果然是一群老先覺。
一路上,有零星的桐花和櫻花,當然在台灣秋天的主角一定就是那會變色的台灣欒樹,真的美呀。
腳不是很酸,肌耐力夠,但跑到35K左右,右邊橫膈膜痛起來,就停下來當了約1K步兵,過了六股路休息再出 發就好多了。
SKINS A400短褲好東西,跑完一個全馬不用凡士林不燒襠,以後就不會有蛋蛋的憂傷了。
