下班後偷空一小時跑一下月底總結,跑得很趕,幸虧右腳膝蓋外側肌肉的異物感消失了,還算順暢,因為只跑10K,不受青睞的AERO又有上場的機會,今天倒不覺得有先前既定印象--鞋底太薄的感覺,改天再試一下。
