I didn't adjust my best shape before running .Unexpectedly I reached my goal and already exhausted my strength. My final result 57:14 which is my best record but my feeling was not happy as I felt quite tired and my breath was disordered to lose my rhyme. I though I chased the good result but loss the fun of road running. Actually I care the performance nevertheless I ignore the process so I must find a balance point for my running career and draw up a new strategy. After all, excess at sport is seldom healthful.
