前陣子休太久, 預計穩定32k做練習. 與鴻升一起跑, 互相配速, 不過鴻升肚子不舒服, 15k就先去蹲了, 只好自己調整, 也說好等他不會跑太快, 所以就用舒服的配速直到30k, 不過鴻升一直沒跟上, 就再降一些速度, 心律也都掉了, 直到35k被一位小妹妹超前, 忽覺休太久, 此時鴻升仍未趕上, 剩最後7k, 身體感覺累, 心肺卻還好, 決定開出去試試最後階段身體的承受度, 但過了40k就快完全耗盡了, 原來只有5k的餘力.
幸運參加一場氣候超棒的高雄馬. 前一晚下了些小雨, 洗盡了空氣, 也不覺有空汙的問題.
