驗證儲備心率真的有效~跑得太爽啦^^
跑馬以來第一場前半馬與後半馬的時間差距最小,
之前跑馬完全都是最後呈現爆掉的狀況~
尤其是像金門馬這種有多個緩升坡如果只專注要控制配速,後段真的容易爆掉~
賽前宣言: 第十屆,首度開放金門籍優先報名無論如何都要飛回去支持啦^^
賽後評分: 補給中規中矩,這屆將休閒組和11k組分在第1天舉行~讓第2天進行的全半馬組的會場沒這麼擠了~但相對也冷清點啦XD
