睡眠、體能都調整的不錯,奈何遇到超強東北季風來亂。30k以後大腿內側肌又開始緊,邊跑邊停下拉筋好幾次,所以又掉速了。這次跑的沒上次辛苦,進步些,最後幾公里要再加強,把全馬跑好跑滿!
