好久沒跑半馬賽事,其實是衝著完賽禮報名的,不然跑河濱真的偏無聊
但今天天氣晴朗,邊跑邊欣賞周邊風景其實還不錯
這場算是有在預定完賽目標內(2小時10分內)
18k左右才追到210配速列車,穩穩的超過去就確定達標!
最後在小腿快要抽筋前完成!
賽後評分: 補給中規中矩,除了水、運動飲料,還有味道不是很喜歡的能量飲料..固體部分有酸梅,餅乾跟香蕉。完賽禮倒是很豐富,話說其實是衝著拿完賽禮報名的😆
