今日天氣涼爽, 或有些許的太陽,但還好是午後雷陣雨沒有下來,大佳河濱夜色真的很美,不論在哪一岸皆有其特色,騎腳踏車或散步、慢跑的民眾也很多,這次承辦單位發放的燈光手環,在選手的穿載之下,從岸的另一頭看起來那種燈流真是壯觀,全程補給不錯,水、舒跑、香蕉、西瓜、李子、鹽巴等等均具全,只是真的不敢吃多,況且這種月練太少了啦!愈跑愈慢,平路以5個小時收關,太太太………不應該了!^_^ 向前繼續努力,向百馬邁進囉!!
