12月摔車鎖骨手術,術後有一段時間都沒有跑步,想到1月的這場全馬一直考慮要跑半馬就好還是走路完成。昨天照了一次片子,骨釘沒有異常,醫生表示可以跑步,於是今天就來參加比賽。一直到起跑前都抱著不舒服隨時要棄賽的打算。今天起跑下著雨,吊著手臂吊帶慢慢跑,很多志工、跑者、警察都幫我加油或者前來關心,這溫暖的氛圍是以前跑速度沒有感受過的。這個比賽有大約兩公里的爬坡,毫無懸念用走的,一公里又一公里慢慢的推進,最後平安順利完賽。跑完還有路上跑者跑來要求合照,他說太佩服我了,真是不好意思。
跑步真是一個很誠實的運動,多久沒練習完全就反應在成績上。參加了三年,今天終於跑進了成功嶺。過了一個險關啊!
