2023年的我,累積了2325km的跑量,雖說平均起來每個月有將近200k,但其實7月之後就開始進入偷懶期,11月更是罹患了ITBS。
本次就差那麼一點點可以破大會時間330,有點可惜,總想著如果不要停下來綁鞋帶、不要停下來上大號的話,是不是就如願地獲得了明年免抽台北馬的資格。
不過,最關鍵的當然是直到最後5k都沒有辦法提速,心有餘力不足,眼看著330的黃色氣球卻遲遲無法逼近。這證明了練習還是很重要的吧。
無論如何,感謝2023年時而偷懶、時而有驚豔表現的自己。傷要好好養,跑量也要好好重建才行。
