臨時接到的當做來減肥跑前11k跟國建兄邊跑邊聊天.第一折返點後他沒多做停留就先走了.我自己就慢慢的凸到綠園道約25k左右就不太想跑了開始散步.沿路都在吃吃喝喝,好險太陽出來時已經在自行車道的樹蔭下但是天氣還是炎熱.今天算是烤到7分熟的馬拉松
