| 女孩兒們的盛會,Nike半程馬拉松,一早雨好大,想說不會又要淋雨吧,還好起跑前雨就停了,所以天氣涼涼舒服,起跑前,肚子怪怪,只好認真去排廁所,就算槍聲響起,也要排到廁所才敢起跑,一路補給站雖然很多,但補給品超普通,私補還比較豐盛ㄌㄟ,可能都是女生在跑,路邊也有不少加油打氣聲,氣氛還算歡樂,但~~是,後段太陽慢慢露臉就有點熱了,我是站站喝水2-3杯,不知怎的,今天好渴喔,終點動線也有些亂,人實在太多了,總算領好完賽禮,立馬離開現場,要來去加班啦! 賽前宣言: 就覺得該報名,我應該很有事喔~~ 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 106~129 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 129~145 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 145~150 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 150~159 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 159~164 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為164 點此去設定最大心率 |
