2016金門馬拉松
傷後復出第一場賽事,剛起跑就神經病衝個4:19配速。在古寧頭前8k配速就掉到4:5X,過12K就掉到五分外。從此一蹶不振。左腿頻頻出現抽筋的症狀。只好降速求穩配到接近六分速。過半程碰到冠汝,大約接近30k金剛堡(每年必定在此抽筋)配速又放更慢。此時冠汝已揚長而去。我繼續拖著快抽筋的左腿,繼續前進。倒數2k又碰到小坡,此時突然小抽筋迫使我降速最終以3:47完賽。以目前的調整狀況,成績還算可以。再來就備戰長野馬拉松。
