掙扎好幾天,一直在考慮跑或不跑,直到昨晚fb的一段話「今年不跑,明年又老一歲」,想想人家鎮西堡極地超馬都衝了,區區半馬牙一咬也就撐過去了!
早晨2點多起床,賴在床上聽雨聲,在腦海裡又轉了一大圈,既然心意已決,那就走吧!最難的是跨出家門的那一刻,之後,好像也沒那麼冷了!
1小時44分完賽,除了前2k塞車及第5k上廁所外,全程保持4'35-4'50左右配速,一路提醒自己不要超速,穩穩進終點就好。跑的過程不是那麼冷,只覺得手指及腳指凍到沒感覺。3度低溫又下雨的渣打馬告訴我「出發吧!心會跟著勇敢起來的!」
