| 全家參加田中馬,昨天早上就殺下來彰化,先到會場參加熱鬧的踩街活動,再回員林住宿,但是旅館很差,隔壁的聲音都聽得到,而且隔壁一開水龍頭,就會傳來刺耳的聲音,超爛的旅館,今早不到4點就被隔壁吵醒,睡不好。
開了快半小時的車到會場,先跟Garmin225的同學們拍合照,立馬跑去起點準備開跑,一路上加油聲與補給不斷,維力炸醬麵,粉圓,仙草,愛玉,檸檬冰沙跟烤蛤都有吃到,但是天氣太熱,又爬2座山,後面體力有點不夠,30K以後就跑跑走走,但是加油民眾太熱情,有點不好意思走路,盡力跑起來,最後4:13:39完賽,還算滿意。 賽前宣言: 繼去年太魯閣馬與今年新竹馬後,再度全家一同參與跑馬 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
