| 期待許久的大阪馬終於來了,一開始先跟一大堆台灣人拍合照,再前往K 區,等了15分鐘終於通過了起跑線,一路上跟路旁的加油群眾擊掌,穿著國旗背心果然有用,不但台灣加油團會加油,連日本人都會用國語講加油。
整路找一些cosplayer拍照,結果相機10K就沒電,氣死人了,只好認真跑,到了半馬1:59,想說有機會破4,但是到了34KM大腿抽筋,可能是今天太冷,大腿吹冷風造成的,第一次碰到這樣狀況,但還是跑起來,不過還是斷斷續續抽筋,加上累了,只好跑跑走走,最後4:06完賽,可惜相機沒電,無法一直跟日本正妹拍照。 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
