這次搭車到了田中有點趕,也沒啥熱身,其實昨晚還睡得不錯,不像之前每次比賽的前一晚都睡不著,今天一早我並沒打算吃藥,怕影響了比賽。6:20鳴槍起跑,我跟著思思哥還有國偉開的3:15私人列車前進,剛起跑並不順利,人實在有夠多…都在閃人,一路上以我們預定的配速4:38前進,一直跟到23k左右我就跟不上了…這個坡度好陡! 也可能是我的傷還沒完全好,後面就一直掉速了,連琨哥都消失在我的眼前,過了30k真是煎熬啊…一方面太陽又大,一方面呼吸有點痛,真的很想放棄用走的,這時我想到我的“心靈導師思思哥”跟我說過的話,“全馬40%是意志力”,這句話讓我撐過了最煎熬的全馬後半段,這次我終於破4了! 開薰💪💪
