大哥降速陪跑, 每一個休息站都補給, 跑到 7,8K , 太陽出來了, 後來大腿肌耐力不夠, 前 18K 還能跟, 後面就跟不上, 最後 1.5K , 快抽筋了, 只好降慢速度慢慢 6 分速 , 慢跑進終點.
