扎扎實實的一次完成了三項!
最難的從來不是報名,也不是站在賽道,而是訓練的過程...
這兩三個月單車、游泳、重訓、跑步,菜單吃到自己快接近強迫症! 真的好累...因為自己任性的越級打怪...
又老是在不知不覺中受傷、摔車、割傷...
直到賽前前一秒都還是會否定自己,覺得自己沒有完賽的能力...
游泳時,害怕到爆心跳,我還是努力的划啊划,因為想到一直想到幫助我的人,我不想讓你們失望。就算像喝醉酒一樣的蛇行... 也要努力的穩住自己😫
也想到那些不看好覺得我不會完賽的人,因為倔強因為不服輸因為自尊心因為這麼努力的準備,所以一定要上岸,不能被游泳打敗了自己....

這次的113賽前很坎坷,一直在意外中受傷...停機三星期,馬沙溝標鐵棄賽,東之美賽前兩天又剛好遇到生理期,使我狼狽!

今年的安平半鐵一直讓我對游泳恐懼加深...0801差點在活水湖溺水...賽前一天試游時又再度差點溺水..... 雖然這次有hold住穩下來,但就是很恐懼...
雖然是第一梯次下水,但一直被擠到岸邊強迫靠岸,28分就過折返了,結果腳抽筋,被救生員問要不要棄賽..感覺實在絕望...😔😔但還是決定繼續游,只要不要再抽筋就好,剩下的這半趟花了36分XD....
一上岸要牽車時,發現幾乎所有的車都出發了,人生第二絕望....😥還是盡力的騎了3hr35mins...
而跑步時已經是中午了,很熱很曬很崩潰,本來最有自信的項目變的無用武之地,直到過了8k才有活過來的感覺...雖然一路刷卡蠻多人,但3hr12mins比我初半馬太魯閣還要誇張慢😓

玩鐵人只是因為當你即將進終點時,雙手高舉衝破終點線..很帥!很爽! 可是當我今天高舉雙手時 很乾.....因為沒有終點線😓😓😓😓😓😓😓😓😓😓
習慣自己默默練習,因為自己程度不好... 接下來還是會繼續加油,繼續下一場113😱🙀😱🙀😱🙀
