最近跑得少,體力很差,加上有我的兩大天敵 -- 太陽和爬坡,一開始就想說隨便跑跑來吃補給好了!
但是.......從3.5K開始上坡,才500公尺,我就當步兵了!!第一次這麼早就想坐回收車的,也太慘了吧........
好不容易走到8.5K處的山頂,下坡又可以跑到4分半的速度,果然是山神在告誡我以後不可以只跑操場,要多練山路啊XD
好景不常,到12 K 處肚子開始絞痛起來,輕微的震動都會有拉肚子的Fu,只能慢慢走,一直到 13.8K 才遇到公廁可以解放,之後雖然補給很好也不敢多吃了,倒是啤酒喝了十幾杯XD
將近半馬後,天氣越來越熱,更加跑不動了,一直慢慢跑走到 34K最高點已經4小時10分,想說還有機會保5,才稍微振作起精神;最後幾K 又遇到女神何凱云,本來想找她合照的,又怕耽誤她的時間,只好一直跟著她跑,最後才順利跑回終點,沒有她我大概很難保5了,感恩.
