剛回國才十幾小時就來跑全馬,真的累慘了,覺都沒睡飽,起跑後速度普普居然心跳飆破170,平常配5分速以內都不會超過這數值的,莫名的疲累,但也或許是前段都跑不快,這場比賽居然沒有抽筋腳痛破皮等痛苦的症狀出來,而且這場少了2公里,第一次被吃這麼多里程數,應該一堆人破PB了,好歡樂阿~
