挑戰sub3失利,除了一直以來的睡眠問題,經檢討後覺得更是練習「質」的問題,這兩個月LSD里程沒練到26K以上可能是後段無力的證明,且後半馬是大逆風加上很多要命上坡,擊潰了肌力及意志力,準備不夠及準備方向不對,造成可惜的結果。不過這次跟8雞大舌團員們跑得很過癮,30K前都是我跟阿龍、渝翔領軍,是一次難得的合體,雖爆猶榮,年底復出絕對要實現承諾,加油!
