新北市kjs666 快到終點進隧道前,已經累到笑不出來了!還好有戴太陽眼鏡遮住眼神。 新北市kjs666 來自半馬折返點天橋上的連拍,起碼有十幾張,截取五張。 3月初起~三連馬的最後一馬,今天的氣候最適合跑步了,但今天的我狀況不佳,已有心理準備.....果然前半馬就不順,後半馬更慘,外加逆風,只能放慢腳步,過程雖然很想停下來走,但還是有堅持跑動,進水站才喝水緩和約二十秒再跑,但也因此延誤到後段的時間,沒能守住30K後最底限的530配速.....最終340完賽,是進一年多來參賽最差的一次......但也有所得,代表我要挑戰自我,還須更多系統且有效率的練習,因為這三場連馬,都是後段失速!相信許多朋友也都知道這公開的問題,且都有遇到,這就是過程,雖然成績不佳,但耐力與心理素質有些許進步,起碼都有持續用跑的到終點,且無傷完賽!!!!
結束這年初的馬季,進入調整階段,待熱浪席捲的夏天過後九月底開始,再來挑戰自我(但我還不是挑戰連馬的料^^)
