隔了許久再次跑馬選了這場
想不到報名的人數還是相當多
加上體重上升. 唉. 唉. 就說胖子要認命
早上天氣很涼. 這很適合跑馬的溫度.
前3k 預計壓在5'35" pace
但是. 一群人一直衝.
哇噻.我心想. 是有沒有這麼猛啊.
盡量提醒自己將速度壓下來
跑到高美溼地發電場這邊
風相當大
風力發電的風扇.聲音很震悍
跑在風扇正下方 , 呼呼呼的.. Wow~! haha.
接近折返點開始有高手從對向跑回來
我就一個一個數. 到我折返時. 218位..
.... ! 唉人胖就是跑不動啦
此時遇到 鴻源兄,也是MW 使用者.
一起小跑一段. 說聲回來再加他 ^^
過了. 28km 左右. 速度跟本開不出去
更別說要hold 住,基本 5'40" pace 都有些吃力
胖5公斤,不是開玩笑的
最後. 哩程數大約少1.5. 我覺得 左切右切.
加上溼地那段改跑 內側少說. 少了有幾百公尺
不管如何. 胖子丹.變胖臉皮也變厚.
還算是破pb 啦. 哈哈.
賽前宣言: Wow.! 不要再地雷馬了.! 第一次在台中跑. 希望有個好結果 ^^
