無傷無痛的完跑回來,真是開心啊!
因前陣子狀況不太好,這次鎮西堡目標就設定14小時時限內完成就好,所以一開始就以最輕鬆的步伐穩穩的跑。一路上遇到好多跑馬朋友,能跟這些朋友碰面聊一聊真好。雖然以輕鬆的步伐跑,但是連續上坡20公里腳也漸漸酸了,幸好在快受不了的時候聽到大家歡呼著:到最高點了,要下坡了!啊~看到下坡真的很開心,但是…跑著跑著又開始覺得…下坡其實並不好跑,尤其是那…麼長(大約10公里)的下坡,腳底開始痛,五臟六腑好像也被震得都快攪在一起了…到了一個低點的檢查哨,玉廷大哥說第二個上坡挑戰來了,將近15公里的連續上坡!其實當時聽到有上坡心裡還蠻高興的,因為我已經受不了剛才那10公里下坡了。然後…上坡上坡腳酸了又希望下坡快點來,鎮西堡就是這樣上上下下的折磨人,簡直要把人給逼瘋了><"
終於…終於到了折返點,和美麗的佳莉還有匡寓拍了一張照後就要跑回程了。一想到是要跑"回程"內心就有一股莫名的興奮感,當下決定回程要認真跑,因為回去就可以休息了,為了休息,還有什麼苦不能忍呢?雖然一路的上上下下依舊折騰人,但我就是愈跑愈開心,連最後那一個10公里的上坡我也一路給它跑上去,啊~真爽!
看看時間,可望在天黑前回到終點,也比自己預計的時間快多了,真是非常開心啊!我在自己狀況不是非常好的時候,還能在這麼難的賽事裡跑得這麼開心,我真為自己感到驕傲!^^
