。一直很在意去年冬山河百K留下的腳傷 ,而且上星期金門馬又復發,所以一路穩穩的跑,不衝。不過,才跑了20km上坡到宇老時,反而是大腿有抽筋的感覺,一直處於養傷狀態,很久沒練跑……所以之後只要有超級陡坡就轉換步兵模式,還好最後沒有被關門。
