上坡真的有夠硬,奉行著平路跟小上坡跑,陡坡全步兵…下坡全力衝刺~總算是完成它了…
原本還在想說前一天沒睡好…完蛋了@@
不過這次沒有抽筋耶,後面20K因為都是下坡,
為了用5分速撐完~每到補給站都有拉過筋再出發…
應該是有做到充份的補給跟拉筋~沒爆掉!
