嘉義宥羱🏃 這場賽事賽前準備不夠,只能順順的跟平常跑步順順的跑,早上7點開跑後沒多久太陽就出來了,跑步來到37K後突然開始抽筋,當下我就已經放棄今天的成績了,加上越靠近中午越熱,差不多有一半的步兵,我就跑走跑走來到50K後大抽筋,連走路都沒辦法走,只能停在原地,腳也沒辦法移動,過了2分鐘稍微舒緩,最後3K差不多都是用走的,已經沒辦法跑了,最後以77圈完賽,手錶實際距離是53.6K,比賽結束後也沒辦法收操,因為正準備收操就抽筋疼痛,這場是我目前有始以來距離至少有全馬跑的最辛苦的一場,不過還是順利完賽。 賽後評分: 補給單調,賽道有些擁擠。 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
