| 今天的成績比我預計的還要好??
為什麼呢??
上個月的阿公店馬跑完後,下午直接去捐了500cc的血,那二個星期感覺體力很差,相對這一場是森林馬、坡度有一定的難。
所以今日就以平常心跑就好,雖然心中很想破去年的成績,但是心中還是有魔力阻擋。前面速度還算正常,但折返後往惠蓀林場前進時,體力真的感覺有差,只能不求快(慢慢來比較快)尤其是上坡,最後的5k左小腿竟然有微微的抽筋現象,只能再放慢腳步了,最終比去年慢了8分鐘............明年再來挑戰430好了 賽前宣言: 再來玩樂一下~~ 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 107~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~147 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 147~152 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 152~161 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 161~166 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為166 點此去設定最大心率 |
