一直覺得最近沒在練跑,狀況不是很好~
到昨晚還很不想跑這場比賽,
早上還是意興闌珊參賽了,
因為有山路,預計這場比賽可能要4:30才跑得完,
於是就一路順順的跑,完全放輕鬆跑~
沒想到竟是參加馬拉松賽事以來,唯一一場完全沒有撞牆期的比賽,
能跑進4小時,自己都覺得相當意外!
