今年唯一的全馬,心情很平淡
因為知道自己練不夠,週跑量只有40~45k
不過今年半馬有長進,穩穩跑要破PB應該不難
但開跑後,還是攔不住心底想破3的野心
跑著4:15的配速,跑不到沒關係~試試看也無妨,
拜天冷所賜 呼吸上蠻輕鬆的,
一路上幾乎都獨跑,前無車尾燈後無追兵,
呈現放空狀態所以半馬很快就過去 1:30整完成
但也如平常練習般,身體超過20k就開始小腿緊繃
25k開始掉速,去年是撐到37k才開始掉
這次32k還沒折返大腿就僵硬了,感覺像去年40k的狀況
相當不妙@@這期間一直努力去邁開步伐、抬腿
仍慢慢地掉到5分素,大勢已去,
但跑步就是有練就有,沒練就沒有,潛能大爆發
的戲碼並沒有上演,只有歹戲拖棚地拖回終點
