預定目標是430,但還是得要看膝蓋的狀況。
天氣涼,第1個10K=54分鐘,膝蓋已經有痛的感覺了,不曉得這速度能撐多久。
第2個10K還沒什麼掉速,好幾週練跑都沒這麼快了。
22K後感到小腿肚腓腸肌有點要拉傷的感覺,穩穩的跑,實在是天氣太好跑了,到30K速度都沒掉,同時膝蓋的痛還能撐住。
最後12K,發覺撐完應該可以破4,而且最後大勇副團長Kevin追上來遞了瓶蠻牛,讓最後6K快放棄的我有股精神與物質上的加持,不過最後5K速度掉的明顯,最後仍舊大破PB完賽,自己都覺得感動與不可思議。
