2014石岡馬拉松~!
帶著陳小霖跑了約29k,
幫他配速跑,前面的速度都很好,
但這速度對他而言半馬ok,全馬還是不行,
於是30k後,自已衝看看,想追上前面330列車,
也沒等李醫師 & 智佑~!
最後5k的上下坡,還是沒法追上去~
看來速耐力還是不夠~XD
