今天原本預定阿拖上場,但從停車場走到會埸穿阿拖,晶片繫在人字拖的位置,竟然走不到會場,腳背就磨到會痛了,所以到會場之後,趕緊把阿拖換下,換跑鞋上場囉!
本場是平路,目標依舊是保四即可,前5K又衝太快了,放慢速度慢慢凸,這三週除了奮起湖馬穿鞋跑之外,練跑都是穿阿拖的,穿了跑鞋跑起來就是怪怪的⋯
跑完21K,時間是1小時50分,想想,後半馬2小時跑完就可以3小時50分完賽了⋯
可是過21K後,腳又有點怪怪的了,於是停下來調整一下鞋子,走走緩緩腳的不舒適,免得等會又想棄賽了,後面追上的男跑者頻回頭問怎麼了?不跑了嗎?還有20K吔!也是啦!如果現在開始走,要走到什麼時候才能回終點呢?
走走跑跑1~2K後,決定要以5分半的速度跑完後面這18K,反正老爺也不見蹤影,應該不會被他刷過吧!
最後5K時發現大會的里程好像少500m,心想稍稍加速一些或許可以看到349,但⋯還是殘念了,後面里程又補足了,沒機會了,唉呀!讓我高興一下會怎樣呢?
平路馬要保四都跑得很辛苦了,下週阿里山馬又是山路馬,看來四小時半都有困難了⋯⋯
