住的近. 睡很好. 離比賽1小時才走去會場.
開賽前一如往常的熱身方式. 伸展. 到出發前幾分鐘才開始原地跳躍.

接近30分鐘時. 或接近30分左右時剛好有水站. 吃一包能量膠.
15-喝自帶的水. (300cc瓶子. +稀釋紅牛)
30-能量膠+水
45-水
1hr-能量膠+水
1:15-鹽糖+水
1:30-能量膠+水
1:45-水
2:00-能量膠+水
2:15-鹽錠+水
2:30-能量膠(BCAA能量膠) (補水裝水瓶)+水
2:45-鹽糖 (後來有吃私補軟糖. 超甜... +水
3:00-私補類果凍in 分2次吃完.(效果不好. 還是吃膠好.)+水

(進水站有機會就喝一小口)
--------------穿著
袖套,左右各塞一包能量膠. 2包 en 飄褲3包. 2包gu 1包Bcaa , 3個運動鹽糖 (這個下次還是先剪小口. 不好拆)
先吃飄褲的.能量膠. 太重跑起來不順.
穿. NB的飄褲. 有開放式口袋可以放小瓶子.

賽前去日本玩. 每晚都吃泡麵當宵夜..
賽前一晚才沒吃.
賽前10天. 剛好同事去越南玩.
每天都有吃到腰果.
賽前一週要做一個超耐力練習. (要超過目標賽事時間+0.5~1hr)
讓身體習慣. (這次是單車訓練台5小時)
起跑後. 只看速度不看心跳.
專注在跑姿. 快速收腳, 腳落地抖動小.
加步頻.
