今天的天蠻適合跑步,有點冷而風有點強,跑起來沒有留什麼汗,倒是廁所跑了好多趟~.~
還沒有開始跑時,小腿覺得有點酸,還以為跑不到預定的時間,但最後,還是有完成~
和跑友邊跑邊聊時間會過得比較快些...
然而,自己一個跑倒是能沈澱心情,也蠻好的;跑步的確可以讓人心情愉悅哩!!
至少會產生正面的情緒及看法,我是這樣地想.....
