今天開始變冷了,葡萄要補班,大ben 腳踝有異常,我得自己跑長距離了有點緊張哈哈哈,沒想到大ben 友情贊助說要跟我去但我也擔心他腳,出發後遇到澤哥要進終點了好羨慕,前面狀況還不錯也沒去棒賽,新鞋果然好穿,時不時關心大Ben都還好,折返後開始逆風也開始消磨意志力,總共停了3次拉一下下筋,及大草原走了一下及最後2K再走一下下,意志力真的很弱,最後1.5遇到法克出發了,也給自己打氣快到終點了,oh ya 。
