幾週前仆街的傷害還是有點影響,左腳底緊繃,跑10K後有鬆弛一點,右膝前側下緣還是會有間階性的疼痛,不過還能跑下去
拜年馬的補給是最折磨人的地方,烏魚子、香腸、滷味、鳳梨酥、蛋糕、蕃茄…芭樂、橘子…吃不停,啤酒、咖啡、飲料…一杯杯,不用幾站就把肚子填滿,但每到下一站,看到滿桌的好料就停不住手狂吃,真是虐人啊!
這是2個折返點都很磨人,一點都不像拜年馬,都以為在跑自助馬了
賽後評分: 補給品依然澎湃,志工親切熱情,可惜最後一屆了,嗚嗚~~
