雖然努力跟上菜單,越接近尾聲卻越跑越低潮。發現自己常常跟不上、也跑得很吃力。最後幾周腳持續痠痛受傷的感覺...
一開始是鎖定全馬320的菜單,10月底半馬意外跑出90min後,很貪心課表調成310,初期雖然跟得上、後面越跑越難、越跑越挫折。QQ
今天開賽沒想太多,只能順著體感跑,但不知不覺前半馬還是跑在目標配速上的95min完成,但不算輕鬆,後面越跑越精疲力盡,大概27k開始掉速、胃痛。狀況就一去不復返了。
明明LSD都有跑到配速,可是全馬後10K跑起來也太痛苦了,一點也沒有I am ready那種感覺。太苦了....... 可能LFD跑太少? 跑不夠多?
結果勉強算達標,但感覺頗苦澀. ORZ...
