停車動線&指揮不明_寄物又遲滯....東西剛寄妥鳴槍了....
做任何熱身伸展就上路的赤足第3馬__15k上個廁所排了十幾分鐘還被個年長的跑友虧了一句"差不多被三百多個趕過了"_我回他說我後段班的沒差啦~哈哈....過了21k經過一段超整人路面(比興達火力發電廠區那段還赤裸夠力)__32k又一段環湖健康步道__真的欲哭無淚_功力不足_腳底敏感度破表_連一顆小沙粒都讓痛徹心扉...感謝好心的2個女跑友一直要脫襪子讓我穿著__謝謝妳們___關門前狼狽地爬回去...繼續赤足t下去吧....
