今日起跑暖身時,還覺得膝蓋會疼痛的,跑5k後才暖開來,跑到15k肚子又不舒服,趕緊找廁所解放一下,後來還是慢慢配速跑完安全程,今日剛好又小破 PB ,還是穩定配速跑,我比較適合😁😁😁
