高雄LUCKY LlN 補一下照騙⋯⋯ 今天天氣良好,很適合跑步運動~
開跑時一路順順跑,
半馬(21.1K),均速440/K,時間98.5分,感覺不錯、不急不徐⋯⋯
30K(2h22分)、均速444/k感覺尚OK⋯⋯
35K後,右腳根部開始痛感、感覺愈來愈糟、此時心情也開始盪到谷底了、掉速後慢慢跑回終點。
途中幸運的遇到小飛俠阿佳兄、打聲招呼、也沒太多力氣打屁了,目送他漸行漸遠!
近九個月期間,因為腳傷故,長距離少跑、量也沒多少(我原本就月跑量不多)!所以35k後便見真章、風雲變色!
其實認真檢討:後半馬比前半馬慢14.5分(扣掉多出的1km)算算也還沒慢太多。
