九月抽台北馬沒中,就不知死活的選了這場來跑,想說很久沒跑山路馬了,來去看看風景也不錯,而且時間還多著可以好好練習山路,應該沒問題吧?……才怪!😂
一路偷懶到12月,連亡羊補牢的機會都沒有就上陣了,果然狀況百出,跟原本想的完全不同,一路走走跑跑,勉強在五小時出頭完賽。
這不是篇檢討文,因為什麼問題很清楚,我不是練武奇材,所以有練就有沒練就沒有,總爬升1200的山路馬更是清楚的告訴我Sub5我就是還不夠格,如此而已。
這條路線其實真的滿不錯的,第一次來到這裡,從櫻花陵園 淡大 佛光大學俯視整個蘭陽,加上熱情的好天氣,真的很漂亮,尤其是自己一步一步爬上來的,感覺真的很好。
