| 10月份參加兩場馬拉松.都是在自己的故鄉. 其實我已經盡力.想把它做到最好. 只要身體有任何狀況我還是會隨時注意. 還好老天爺都幫助我. 順利的無傷完賽. 那才是我最開心的事情. 身體慢慢的恢復也開始慢慢的做好保健工作. 今後爬山游泳我都要去參與了. 各項的運動. 畢竟運動就是陽光讓人會有正面思考. 期許自己在努力慢慢學習. 謝謝大家鼓勵加油.假日愉快!
