8月整個沒練,只求完賽!開始跑時感覺還ok,雨變大後沒注意腳滑了一下,沒滑倒但腳卻有抽筋的感覺,趁等紅燈時想拉個筋看會不會好些,沒想到整個大抽筋差點直接跪地,超過半馬的距離只能快走完成,整個走的好累呀!
