南天樂跑
遲到4分鐘出發,才跑了三公里,悶熱的天氣,小腿前肌又異常痠了起來,狀況不佳。跑到5公里處到外社派出所補水和輕量化,接下來就一路走到8公里的美麗華球場旁至高點,本想直接折返偷懶,沒看到有人折返,只好硬著頭皮一個人繼續獨跑,但是讓我龜回南天宮啦
