週五晚上都有一種很放鬆的感覺,一星期的工作又結束了,而我連幾週的加強訓練也將告一段落,下週就要開始減量了(其實有點解脫的感覺,不過也要等比完才是真的)。今天原本想說早上下過大雨,地上應該還濕濕,可以再跑一段赤足。結果進去操場一看,早已被下午的太陽曬乾了,現在雖然太陽下山了,還是覺得悶熱無風,算是練習耐熱訓練的機會吧(其實我一直在逃避,比賽時跑整天,就一定會被熱到的)。
看來跑道應該又燙又粗糙,還是放棄了,不過還是打算把行程分2段,先跑21圈喝口水,再跑13圈,聽起來比較不會遙遙無期。下次也許補給準備的豐盛一點,跑起來動機會更強~
明天早上沒空,無法執行「早20、晚20」的訓練,至少找個地方快樂的跑吧~
